Poludnica
Be wary, be wary, the Witch of High Noon, the Spirit in White walks among the wheat fields, striking down those who toil under the mid-day sun. Some say she’s the embodiment of heat stroke; others, just a rumor to chase away the icky ghoulies like a scarecrow with a sickle.
To keep your cool, we present a brew reminiscent of tart lemonade, a refreshing blend of roasted barley, perked by dried cranberry, fresh lemon peel and juice, and crowned by blue cornflowers and soothing chamomile.
