Returns policy:

We strive to ensure your tea experience meets and exceeds your expectations.

If for whatever reason you feel dissatisfied with your experience, product or service, please reach out directly to wilco@koboldscup.com for a refund or exchange.

Please note that for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on shipped tea.

Regarding tea ware: actual color may differ slightly from photos, so please inspect carefully, and reach out if you have any questions prior to purchase. If you feel the need to return your tea ware after receiving, you may ship it back to us for a full refund, minus shipping fees.

If you received your tea ware via local market or local pickup, a pickup time and location can be arranged in the central Ohio area.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are open to any and all suggestions or critique to help us improve. For any and all questions regarding refund, exchange or returns, please contact us directly at wilco@koboldscup.com.
